Top Chef Eliza
Telluride Catering by award-winning Chef Eliza is available for catering your small gathering or large event in Telluride and the surrounding region. Eliza will work with you to create a specialized menu to suit your group’s specific tastes. Everything from brunch, appetizers, lunch, charcuterie, dinner, vegetarian or vegan, Eliza has catered it.
Wine & Delectable Pairing Classes
Learn how to cook appetizers, finger foods and canapes and pair them with wine. The classes feature a minimum of 12 dishes and 10 wines—usually it’s quite a bit more. The fee for the class is $250 per student (prices may vary with the busy season).
Extensive Wine List & Artisanal Cocktails
221 South Oak features an extensive wine list from around the world. Our staff will be able to recommend the perfect pairing for your meal. Or try one of our artisanal cocktails from a list painstakingly put together by our master bartender. The list is crafted to enhance the unique flavors in chef Eliza’s cuisine.
